Unleashed is owned and operated by Dr. Becky Trisko. In addition to caring for and training the dogs at Unleashed, Becky also studies their social interactions. She recently completed her dissertation titled “Dominance, Egalitarianism and Friendship at a Dog Daycare Facility.” She received her Ph.D. from the University of Michigan studying with Dr. Barb Smuts. Becky hopes to incorporate her studies of dog behavior into the real world to keep interactions among dogs safe and fun in daycares and other places where dogs socialize.

Unleashed offers dogs a safe place to spend the day running, playing, and socializing with their doggie pals while their human pack is at work or play. Spending too much time alone without enough exercise and social time with people and other dogs can lead to problem behaviors. For dogs that enjoy the company of other dogs, Unleashed is a great place to spend the day hanging out with their canine and human friends, blowing off some steam, and having lots of fun! We also offer private training, obedience classes, supervised puppy play groups and fun-gility drop-in sessions to help improve the relationships between our dogs and their humans.

At Unleashed, we help our clients give their dogs the exercise, socialization, training, and just plain fun that they need to live happy and healthy lives.

Becky Trisko the owner and manager of Unleashed, has been an animal lover all her life and has been working professionally with dogs since 1998. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Primatology and Ph.D. in Comparative Psychology from the University of Michigan.
