Unleashed is taking the following steps to reduce the spread of Covid-19:

All the staff and clients are required to wear a mask anytime they are inside, entering or exiting the facility this includes the parking lot and walkway when you might pass other clients. Mask must remain over the mouth and nose at all times. ​

We use “Force of Nature” a chemical free, pet, kid & eco-friendly disinfectant that is EPA approved as effective against the SARS-CoV-2 to regularly sanitize our facilities as well as the dog's leashed and collars upon arrival and departure.

We have plenty of hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes, and complimentary masks readily available for clients and staff.

Human clients are not allowed in our play room during daycare hours. There will be no more than 5-6 staff members at one time in each of our facilities with one person supervising their own 1000-1500 sq ft play yard with each group of 10-15 dogs.

Training classes will be held in our 3500 sq ft training arena and will be limited to 8 dogs per class to ensure that we have ample space for social distancing. Only one person per dog may attend class. We will have a system in place for entering and exiting the building to minimize clients passing one another. A handful of classes will be held at Unleashed in Evanston. Those classes will be limited to 5 dogs and we will be fogging the space in between classes.
