Can I still use my current 5/10/20 day package?
Yes! Any 5, 10, or 20 day packages that you currently have will not expire until one year from the date of purchase. After those credits are used up, you have the option of signing up for a monthly subscription or paying by the day.
What do I need to sign up for a monthly package?
You can email us at email@example.com to sign up. You must have a valid credit card saved on file to your Gingr account, and we highly recommend having standing daycare reservations to ensure you will be able to bring your dog often enough to use up your # of package days each month. You can view and edit your account info by logging into the CUSTOMER PORTAL.
How does it work?
Once you have purchased your first subscription package, you will have 30 days to use the package credits before they expire. After 30 days has passed, your next monthly package will automatically renew, any remaining package credits will expire, and your new package will begin. Packages renew 30 days from the date of purchase, not the beginning/end of the month. If you need more visits per month than your package includes, you can pay the daily rate until your new package begins. (This would be a rare occurence, but occasionally there may be 5 Tuesdays within a 30-day period as opposed to 4.)
Do you offer a discount on monthly packages for families with multiple dogs?
Yes! If you have multiple dogs and want to sign up for one or more monthly packages, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about our discounted package rates for families with multiple dogs.
What if my card declines?
You will be receiving an email approximately 1 week prior to your new package being purchased. At this time, please make sure that your card on file is valid. You can view and edit your account info by logging into the CUSTOMER PORTAL. If the charge for the subscription fails, the system will retry the charge once per day for 5 days. If the payment still fails, the system will automatically cancel the subscription after the 5th attempt and you will be charged the daily rate for future visits until you update your card and renew the subscription.
What if I do not wish to purchase a subscription package?
Clients who do not wish to purchase a monthly subscription package may pay per visit at the daily rate. Dogs that regularly miss their standing reservations may be asked to request reservations on a weekly or daily basis.
What if my plans change and I need to cancel a reservation?
If your plans change and you need to cancel a daycare reservation, please provide at least 24hr notice of the cancellation. At that time, you can reschedule the reservation on another day that we have vacancy to use your credits prior to expiration. Unused days will not carry over to the next month.
What if my dog is sick? What if I am sick?
In the event of an illness, please let us know that your dog will not be attending. Similar to cancellations for other reasons, you can reschedule the reservation on another day that we have vacancy to use your credits prior to expiration, but 24 hours notice is not required for cancellations due to illnesses. Unused days will not carry over to the next month.
What if I go on vacation?
If your dog is boarding with us while you go on vacation, you can apply the value of your monthly daycare credits to their boarding stay. Just be sure to ask our staff to apply your daycare credits to the boarding invoice upon checking out. Otherwise, you can pay your boarding invoice per usual and your daycare credits will be applied to only daycare visits. Unused days will not carry over.
If you will be traveling for a week or 2 and your dog is not boarding with us, with at least 24 hours notice, you can reschedule those reservations on days that we have vacancy to use your credits prior to expiration. Unused days will not carry over.
For vacations longer than 2 weeks, we recommend using up your current package prior to your departure. Unused days will not carry over. We will then cancel your subscription while you are away and renew your subscription when you return. You may purchase days at the daily rate if you are attending daycare between your package running out and the start of your trip.
For example: Fido’s family has a 3 week trip planned for Jan 6th - Jan 20th. Their package expires on Dec 31st. Fido should use up the rest of their credits in December and cancel their subscription prior to being charged for a January package. Then, Fido will pay the daily rate for any visits between Dec 31st and Jan 6th. When Fido returns on January 20th, his family should email or call to purchase a new subscription package.

What if I have a half day monthly package and I want to switch to a full day on occasion?
If you change from a half day to a full day, you will use one 1/2 day package credit and be charged the difference at the time of checkout.
What if I have a full day monthly package and I want to switch to a half day on occasion?
If you change from a full day to a half day, you have the option of using one of your full day credits or paying the half day rate and rescheduling the full day to another day before the expiration date.
What if my dog goes into heat or is getting spayed and will need to take an extended break from daycare?
